Terms and Conditions

Refer-A-Friend Terms and Conditions:

1. Referrer Eligibility: Only customers who have attended a previous Josie's Paint and Sip event are eligible to participate in the referral program.

3. Reward Redemption: Once the referred friend attends their first Josie's Paint and Sip event, the referrer will be eligible to receive a $50 Prezzee gift card.

4. Gift Card Distribution: The $50 Prezzee gift card will be sent via email to the referrer within 2 business days after the referred friend's attendance is verified.

5. Referral Limit: There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make. Customers can refer multiple friends and earn multiple gift cards.

6. Non-Transferable: The Prezzee gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

7. Program Changes: Josie's Paint and Sip reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice.

8. Fraudulent Referrals: Any fraudulent or dishonest referrals will result in disqualification from the program.

9. Compliance: Participants must comply with all program rules and guidelines to be eligible for the referral reward.
